Scheduling
In general, monthly video conferences are held on the first Friday of each month, from 2:00 - 3:00pm Eastern time (1:00 - 2:00pm Central time). If a video conference is rescheduled or canceled, advance communications will be sent out to the project team.
Call-in information
As of the team meeting on September 1, 2017, all monthly team meetings will be video conferences hosted on Zoom. The permanent link to our meeting site is here. More detailed instructions to connect will be sent out via email prior to each video conference.
