Details on how to do this task: Make data accessible

Datasets: Dynamics of the Madden-Julian Oscillation (DYNAMO)

The data are archived at the DYNAMO Data Archive Center maintained by NCAR EOL.

Target data for this analysis
ECMWF Deterministic Model Analysis Data on pressure levels in GRIB1 (D1D) (http://data.eol.ucar.edu/codiac/dss/id?347.038)

  • Had transformed original GRIB format into NetCDF format using Shell script. Tried to upload one of Netcdf files as an example to Figshare.com, but ran into an error message saying "the file size is too big...."
