Details on how to do this task: Make data accessible

All data will be uploaded to figshare.com. Some data we use is processed from published works/ public databases, and these will be made public as well. Some data we obtain from a collaborator is still unpublished, and we will upload it to figshare but keep it private until an associated article comes out.
