I have been working on improvements to the code to make "more transparent" Also, I have tried to describe all the steps within the software documentation. I need to start putting stuff together for the publication.

PENDING: I haven't published anything on figshare. For now everything is in the SNSJHO and will be published in figshare when actual publication is finalized.
