| Before Saturday, October 25th} | Complete online tutorial (more info to follow). |
| Saturday, October 25th} | If flying to Montreal, meet at the airport (timing to be determined based on participation, though probably late afternoon or early evening) for group shuttle or car rental to Jovance. |
| Saturday, October 25th} | Dine in transit to Jovance, unless you hear otherwise from workshop leaders. We might arrange dinner at Jovance and will let participants know well in advance. |
| Sunday, October 26th} | Workshop from 9:00 – 5:00. Group dinner venue to be determined. |
