Made good progress this week, but realized that loading and finalizing the data for access will take some time.
I've selected the datasets that I will put up on figshare.
And, I've been gathering scripts and working with my colleague to get things ready for loading.
We (John Gentle and I) decided to merge several scripts into one file for upload. We are meeting again on Feb. 9th to upload things on figshare.
I am preparing an image that shows the workflow from raw data through parsing the datasets with the scripts to be able to show how to modify the data for use in the software application.
